Distraction Method

Ok we had the distinct pleasure of testing out a few of these methods with our wife's consent of course :)

For obvious reasons the author wont let us explain what each method is but we can review them for you.

Ok the distraction method we used was the one described exactly in the guide.  When i first read it i could understand the logic behind it but thought i would struggle to implement the technique because of its nature. ( You will see what i mean when you read it )

Anyway i gave it a go and found that it aint actually that hard to pull off. Having got into the rhythm of things i used the methods in the guide and managed to do a good job of keeping my mind distracted.

And if im honest i probably did manage to last slightly longer than usual, it certainly beats naming your favourite football players in your head.

Ok so i guess ill score this method.

Increase on sexual stamina 7/10

Although it worked, i did last longer so i have to score it high for that, but it wasn't mind blowingly longer and for that reason it only got an 7.
